With our On-Demand Contract Recruiting service we supply our own resources and provide you with the exact number of sourcing hours your staffing needs require. Together we determine the optimal number of hours based upon the volume, difficulty level, and the urgency of your positions. We also coordinate interviews, conduct salary negotiations, and provide weekly reporting.

Our resources include a vast network of industry contacts, a large proprietary database, access to every major internet job board, a variety of meta-search tools and search engines, directories, journals, etc.

Retained Search

Do you have an urgent need for critical talent? With our Retained Search service we adjust our manpower and search methodology to provide you with a priority level of service. We provide periodic updates and establish milestones for filling any position.

Together we will establish the screening criteria used to identify & validate potential candidates, and qualified candidates will be presented to you along with screening information. After interviews we will debrief with you and the candidate, and will work closely with you in developing and presenting all offers. We will initiate a thorough reference checking process and maintain a close relationship with the candidate during final stages. We will work with the candidate to encourage offer acceptance, and once accepted we will work to ensure a smooth transition, maintaining contact with both parties until the candidate is fully engaged in the new opportunity.
